Yearbook is the double-album collection of some of the best original tunes composed during the 2018 tune-a-day project. Featuring a whole slew of top-notch musicians, this collection is all about the tunes!

The first half of this is digital collection includes 19 tunes presented in various musical styles, from bluegrass to New Orleans to doo-wop to that old 8-bit style you might have heard on an old Nintendo game. The original writing project was an experiment, so when it came time to record, it made sense to also experiment with the presentation of the music, to take some chance and really have some fun with it!

Because the writing is so deeply rooted in the Cape Breton tradition, the second half of the digital collection features expanded “traditional” versions of all of the sets on the first, presented with fiddle, piano, guitar, and bagpipes, along with 17 tunes that didn’t find their way into the less traditional arrangements.
